Instagram Account Management Support
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I need someone who can take over the day-to-day management of my Instagram profile so it stays active, on-brand, and engaging without me having to be online all the time. The core of the role is posting and scheduling a few pieces of content each week and then actively interacting with followers—liking, replying, and keeping conversations going in the comments and DMs.
Here’s what I consider a successful hand-off:
• A clear, pre-approved content calendar that covers two to three posts per week, timed for my audience’s peak hours.
• Captions written in my brand voice, with relevant hashtags and location tags already in place.
• Posts scheduled through Creator Studio, Buffer, Hootsuite, or any tool you prefer, as long as everything goes out reliably.
• Thoughtful engagement: replies to comments within 24 hours, quick answers to DMs, and genuine interaction on stories and tagged posts.
I’ll supply photos, raw video clips, and brand guidelines; you bring the consistency, scheduling expertise, and community-building energy. If you also like tracking metrics, there will be room to expand into performance analysis later, but for now I want to focus on keeping the feed active and the audience engaged.
Let me know your experience managing similar accounts and the tools you rely on, and include a quick note on how you’d structure the weekly workflow so I can see we’re on the same page.
