- Set up and optimize the Group (or complementary Page if you feel it will help) so new members/friends instantly recognize the industry focus and see value in joining.
- Map out a sustainable growth plan – partnerships, targeted invites, and smart use of Facebook’s discovery features – so we attract quality members/friends rather than sheer volume.
- Outline a lightweight moderation workflow I can maintain once the initial build is complete.
- Success looks like: a fully branded, rule-ready Facebook Group with its first batch of high-value resources queued, membership growth tactics documented, and me confident in managing day-to-day engagement.
