Hybrid Virtual Assistant / Social Media Creator (Contract-to-Hire)
We’re a growing Botanicals & Tea company looking for a versatile freelancer who can handle both virtual assistant tasks and social media growth. This is a flexible, creative role for someone who loves wellness, enjoys experimenting with content, and can help us scale our presence across platforms.
What you’ll do:
• Assist with VA tasks: Amazon order management, light research, and light customer support.
• Help manage and upkeep Amazon Seller Central (experience preferred).
• Help and upkeep Shopify store (experience preferred).
• Plan, source, and edit content (photo & video reels) for social media.
• Create, edit, and post Reels/short-form content to grow presence and views.
• Help run and support paid ads (preferred experience with Meta Ads Manager).
• Design and test creatives for ads and social media campaigns.
• Familiarity with AI content tools and workflow platforms to streamline output.
• Collaborate with the team on tasks — no set hours, just results-driven.
What we’re looking for:
• Strong background in social media content & growth (Instagram, TikTok).
• Experience with Meta Business Manager for posting and ads.
• Skilled in sourcing trending clips, editing, and creative storytelling.
• Preferred experience running social media ads and building ad creatives.
• Attention to detail, clear communication, and ability to work independently.
• Bonus: Amazon Seller account management and/or Shopify experience.
• Tea lovers & wellness enthusiasts welcome
