Grow New App On Social

I am looking for a **social media growth expert only.

This is NOT:
– A WordPress job
– A web development job
– A logo/graphic design job
– A generic “I do everything” digital marketing job

If your main skills are WordPress, web dev, logo design, or general SEO agency work, please do NOT apply. I’m looking for someone who **lives and breathes social platforms and short-form content performance.**

WHAT I NEED YOU TO OWN
----------------------------------

– TikTok
– Instagram (Reels, feed, Stories)
– YouTube Shorts (and helping plan occasional long-form)
– Twitter/X
– A bit of Reddit (value posts in relevant communities)

You will NOT build websites. You will NOT design full brands. You will focus on:
– Content ideas
– Hooks
– Posting strategy
– Captions
– Basic analytics
– Growing followers and views

DAILY / WEEKLY TASKS
----------------------------------

DAILY (Mon–Sat)
– Plan hooks and ideas for 1 short-form video per day (10–30 seconds)
– Write captions and titles optimized for TikTok / IG Reels / YouTube Shorts
– Decide when and where to post each piece (scheduling/consistency)
– Post 1 short per day across TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts
– Post 2–3 short text posts per day on X based on our angles
– Reply to comments and basic DMs (using guidelines I give you)
– Track simple metrics each day (views, likes, saves, follows) in a sheet

WEEKLY
– Create a simple content calendar for the next week
– Suggest new content angles and experiments based on results
– Help outline 1 longer YouTube video (structure, title, thumbnail concept)
– Spend some time on Reddit answering relevant questions and posting 1–2 high-value threads (no spam)
– Send a short weekly report: what worked, what didn’t, what to try next

You can use an editor or templates for video creation – I care more that you know what WORKS on social and how to grow accounts. If you know basic editing (CapCut etc.) that’s a bonus, not the core job.

REQUIREMENTS

– Your main focus is **social media management / growth**, not web dev
– You have experience growing TikTok / IG / YouTube Shorts or X accounts
– You understand hooks, retention, posting schedules, and basic analytics
– Strong written English (you’ll write captions, hooks, and replies)
– You can show at least **1–2 accounts** (yours or clients’) where you worked on growth (tell me what you did)
– Available long term, ~4–6 hours per day, 5–6 days per week

BONUS:
– You’re into fitness / glow-up / self-improvement style content
– You’ve managed short-form content for a creator or brand before
