I need to build, fast, a hand-picked international community of 50 sports lovers. Your first task is global scouting: find profiles that post often, generate real engagement and show genuine passion for sport. I’d like you to use WhatsApp both as the primary touch-point for reaching prospects and as the home for the group itself.
Beyond recruitment, your mission is to turn those 50 people into an active, tightly knit team working toward one shared objective (I’ll share the exact goal in private). The single metric that matters most to me is their ability to involve friends and widen the conversation organically; likes or generic reactions come second.
You will vet each candidate’s follower growth, comment quality, and share ratio before inviting them. Once the group is live you’ll guide daily interaction, launch mini-challenges, and keep momentum high until the goal is met.
Deliverables
• Curated list of 50 qualified profiles, complete with engagement analytics.
• Live WhatsApp group created and moderated for the entire campaign.
• Weekly activity summaries and a final report showing participation and progress.
Acceptance criteria
– All 50 members verified as real, active accounts.
– At least 80 % of members post or reply within 48 hours of joining.
– Evidence of friend referrals generated by at least half of the group.
