German speaking VA, 10h Weekly, €7-9
Budget: €6 – €12 EUR
We are an online business focusing on women's reproductive health and are looking for a B2 or above German speaking virtual assistant who can give me around ten focused hours each week. Your core mission will be to keep my Instagram and LinkedIn active and engaging. Any graphic design or video editing skills are very welcome.
Here’s what the week usually looks like:
• Social media upkeep – schedule posts, reply to comments and DMs, and keep an eye on basic metrics for both Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Content research – dig up trending topics, analyse competitors, and compile hashtag sets I can rely on.
- content creation from raw material provided: carussel posts, reels, stories etc.
• Basic communication – answer routine emails or LinkedIn messages in friendly German
- Admin work like data entry, bills etc.
We currently use Canva, and the Google Workspace toolkit, but if you have a smoother workflow we are happy to adapt.
If you’ve already managed German-language accounts or produced research for other brands, let me know what niche and which tools you used. Also tell me when you can start and confirm you’re comfortable with the €7–* hourly range for a consistent 10-hour/week schedule. Please tell us what makes you passionate about female health in one sentence :)
I’m keen to get this rolling next week and would love to build a long-term collaboration if the first month goes smoothly.
