Full-Time Facebook Page Manager Online
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I need an energetic, computer-savvy person based in Springfield who can dedicate eight hours a day to running our Facebook presence. The core of the role is customer care: answering every message promptly, keeping conversations helpful and friendly, and making sure no comment or interaction goes unattended.
Beyond the inbox, you’ll create and publish fresh posts that reflect our brand voice, then keep the discussions healthy by moderating reactions throughout the day. I rely on Facebook Business Suite for daily workflow, a lightweight CRM to log customer issues, and a social-media scheduling tool to line up posts in advance, so you should already feel comfortable inside those platforms or be ready to learn quickly.
This is an entry-level position, so I’m not expecting years of experience—what matters is reliability, clear written English, and the confidence to manage the page independently once you understand our guidelines. You’ll send me a brief end-of-shift recap each day so I can track response times, resolved inquiries, and scheduled content.
