My Facebook page is growing faster than I can keep up with the questions, inbox DMs, and public comments flooding in. I need someone who can log into Meta Business Suite every day, spot new messages quickly, and answer in the same friendly, casual voice my audience already expects.
Your day-to-day focus is simple:
• Monitor comments and private messages as they appear
• Reply in a warm, upbeat tone—never robotic or scripted
• Escalate anything urgent or sensitive to me right away
• Keep a brief log of notable interactions for my weekly review
No ad creation, post scheduling, or analytics work for now; just authentic, timely engagement. If things run smoothly, I may add more responsibilities down the road.
