I'm building a personality-driven social presence for my French Bulldog Yoshie (@yoshieroll) and need someone who can take the raw clips and photos I shoot and turn them into bite-sized, addictive content. TikTok and Instagram Reels are the priority — YouTube Shorts and Facebook Reels are secondary repurposes.
Here's what the role looks like day-to-day:
Receive a shared Google Drive folder of footage, pick the funniest and most expressive moments, and cut them into snappy Reels/TikToks that feel light-hearted and meme-ready. CapCut, Premiere, or any short-form editor works — as long as the pacing, effects, and captions scream "watch me again."
Add on-screen text, engaging hooks, and subtitles. Write captions in Yoshie's voice and select trending, niche-relevant hashtags.
Schedule and post 5–7 times per week on TikTok, 4–5 on Instagram. Consistency is everything.
Send a brief weekly recap: what went live, what performed, what's queued.
