Role:
Founding Team – Social Media & Creative Designer
What You’ll Do:
Shape and design Brew Culture’s visual identity across social media & digital platforms
Create graphics, reels, campaigns, and content that tell our story
Manage brand presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Collaborate with the team on launch campaigns, branding ideas, and growth strategies
Bring fresh creative energy to establish Brew Culture as a lifestyle brand
What We’re Looking For:
Strong design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar)
Social media savvy – trends, content styles, storytelling
Passion for creativity, branding, and coffee culture
Entrepreneurial mindset – willing to build from the ground up
Ability to work independently & take ownership
