Fix Meta Account Linking Issues

I’m stuck with two Account Center problems that affect both Facebook and Instagram.

1) When my social media manager tries to add my profile, Meta shows “The number of Facebook accounts exceeds the limit…” and blocks the request.
2) Facebook claims it’s linked to Instagram, yet Instagram still shows no connected Facebook account, so cross-posting fails.

I already poked around the settings but don’t have the experience to solve either issue. My goal is to let the manager handle the pages and ads freely and to make sure the Facebook↔Instagram link works in both directions.

What I need from you:
• Identify and clear whatever duplicate, hidden, or legacy Facebook profile is triggering the “exceeds the limit” warning.
• Successfully add my manager through Meta Business Suite / Account Center.
• Re-establish a two-way connection so each platform recognises the other.
• Provide a brief rundown or quick call showing the exact steps you took, so I can keep things tidy going forward.

Access can be granted via a temporary role or guided screen-share—whichever is safer and faster. Once both issues are fixed and tested, the job is done.
