Filipino VA: Social Media and other

I operate as a one-person trade business and need a Philippines-based virtual assistant to take social media off my plate. Your focus will be Facebook and Instagram, publishing a mix of promotional pieces and real customer testimonials two to three times each week. I’ll supply branding material; you turn it into eye-catching posts, schedule everything through Meta Business Suite, and keep an eye on comments or messages so nothing goes unanswered.
A second, equally important task is expanding my referral network. You’ll join relevant contractor and builder groups, share helpful insights (never spam), watch for partnership opportunities, and capture contact details of promising subcontractors or suppliers in a shared Google Sheet. The aim is a growing list of qualified trade partners I can call on for future projects.
Ideal skills include strong written English, familiarity with Canva or similar design tools, and a good feel for group etiquette on Facebook. Reliability and clear, timely communication are essential; I’m in a different time zone, so proactive updates matter.
Deliverables
• 2–3 branded posts per week on Facebook and Instagram
• Weekly engagement and reach snapshot
• Continuously updated lead spreadsheet with names, roles, and contact info
