Female Social Media Assistant Needed

I’m looking for a female freelancer who can take charge of the daily social media workload so I can stay focused on the bigger picture. The support I need spans three core areas—creating engaging content, keeping each account running smoothly, and setting up or optimising paid campaigns. We’ll decide together which platforms to prioritise once we chat, but the goal is the same everywhere: fresh, consistent posts that reach the right audience and ads that actually convert.
Here’s how I see the collaboration working:
• Content creation: draft captions, design visuals or short-form video, and maintain a recognisable voice across every post.
• Account management: schedule uploads, reply to comments and DMs, track basic analytics, and flag anything that needs my attention.
• Ads management: build and monitor campaigns, tweak targeting, and report on performance so we can quickly spot wins and make improvements.
