Rising Leaders Academy (RLA) is looking for a creative and experienced female Social Media Specialist to manage our social media presence and support our marketing growth.
RLA is a youth development academy in Jeddah that prepares children aged 6–15 years through future-ready skills including:
Future Technology (AI, Robotics, Coding & STEM)
Leadership & Communication
Business & Entrepreneurship
Discipline & Character Development
Sports & Physical Development (Swimming, Basketball, Football & Karate)
Role Overview:
We need a person who can do more than posting content. The ideal candidate should understand content creation, audience engagement, lead generation, and building trust with Saudi parents.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
Manage Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and other platforms
Create weekly and monthly content calendars
Develop engaging posts, stories, and Reels
Write professional Arabic and English captions
Maintain RLA's premium brand image
Content Creation
Create creative short videos (Reels/TikTok)
Edit videos using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
Capture and highlight academy activities, classes, coaches, and student achievements
Create engaging content suitable for Saudi families
Parent Communication & Lead Support
Reply professionally to Arabic and English messages/comments
Communicate with parents about programs
Support registration inquiries
Coordinate with the admissions team for lead follow-up
Marketing & Growth
Suggest creative campaigns to increase registrations
Support Meta/Facebook/Instagram advertising campaigns
Analyze social media performance and provide reports
Research trends and create content ideas to attract parents
Requirements:
Female candidate preferred
Arabic native speaker and good English communication skills
Based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia preferred
Experience managing Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat
Strong skills in Reels/video creation and editing
Understanding of Saudi culture and parent audience
Creative, organized, and proactive mindset
Experience with education, children, or family brands is an advantage
