Facebook Reputation Cleanup Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
My brand’s Facebook page has been hit with a wave of unfair, inappropriate comments and low-star reviews. I’m looking for a reputation-savvy partner to step in and keep the timeline clean and constructive.
Your main job is to locate and remove any comments or reviews that violate Facebook’s community standards or clearly fall outside fair criticism. I will grant you the necessary page-level permissions in Facebook Business Manager; please be comfortable working inside that environment and with any supporting tools you normally use for moderation.
What success looks like:
• All current toxic or policy-breaking remarks disappear without harming legitimate engagement.
• Future incidents are spotted and handled quickly—ideally within 24 hours of posting.
• A short weekly summary shows what was removed, why it qualified, and any trends you notice.
