I need a specialist who truly understands META’s internal support pathways to resolve two related issues:
The first involves my Wellington LIVE facebook and Wellington LIVE Community pages, now owned by a buyer in Karachi. An n8n automation glitch published a non-compliant AI post, triggering an immediate suspension. I hold an affidavit plus the complete n8n workflow that proves the post was unintended. I simply need an unequivocal answer from META: will they reactivate the pages, or are they permanently disabled?
The second task is to unlock my dormant South Proud Kiwi facebook page. I remain the legal owner and want it restored to my account so I can grant the new buyer full ownership and admin rights.
You’ll be expected to:
• Prepare and lodge a well-structured case with META, attaching the affidavit and workflow.
• Escalate through Business Support or Media Partner channels until a definitive written response is obtained for the Wellington LIVE pages.
• Secure reinstatement of South Proud Kiwi, then guide the hand-over of full admin and ownership access to the new proprietor.
Success is measured by: 1) a clear decision from META on the Wellington LIVE suspension, and 2) a completed transfer of South Proud Kiwi with verified admin ownership in the recipient’s Business Manager.
