Facebook Marketing for Dance Classes

I need help maintaining a non-profit's Facebook account to advertise upcoming square dance classes located in Rancho Bernardo, a suburb of San Diego.

Key Tasks:
- Create and schedule engaging posts
- Set up and manage events
- Design and run advertisements

I have some content ready, but I need more. Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven experience in social media management, especially Facebook
- Strong content creation skills (graphics, copywriting, etc.)
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager
- Ability to engage and grow an audience
