I’m looking for a reliable and experienced Social Media Manager to help manage and grow my Facebook presence and promote my YouTube videos effectively — without sharing passwords or direct access to my account.
My Facebook currently includes:
Personal profile: Jia Ali (9K followers)
Facebook Page: Journey With Jia (2.7K followers)
My YouTube content focuses on:
Study in Germany
Ausbildung opportunities
Immigration & visa guidance
Real success stories of Indian, Pakistani, and Bangladeshi students in Europe
Your main goal will be to increase engagement and direct more YouTube traffic from Facebook.
Responsibilities:
Create and schedule engaging Facebook posts, reels, and stories related to my YouTube videos.
Repurpose YouTube videos into short teaser clips for Facebook and Reels.
Write catchy captions, use trending hashtags, and design post thumbnails (optional).
Share content in relevant Facebook groups (non-spammy, organic engagement).
Reply to comments and messages to increase interaction.
Provide weekly performance updates (reach, engagement, and YouTube traffic).
Security Policy (Very Important):
No password sharing.
You will be added to my Meta Business Suite with a “Content Creator” or “Advertiser” role only.
You will not receive admin or ownership rights.
Any request for login credentials or remote access (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc.) will result in instant termination.
This ensures my account stays completely safe and under my control.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience managing Facebook pages or promoting YouTube channels.
Strong understanding of Facebook algorithms, hashtags, and engagement tactics.
Basic video editing (for reels or short clips).
Excellent English writing skills.
Experience with South Asian audiences (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh) is a plus.
Work Schedule:
3–4 posts per week (mix of reels, images, and text).
Monthly performance review.
Long-term collaboration possible if results are good.
