I’m looking for someone who can step in as the day-to-day social media admin for my brand. Your main home base will be our Facebook page—monitoring activity, keeping an eye on notifications, and making sure every comment or message gets the friendly, on-brand response it deserves.
On Instagram, the focus is purely engagement: jump into the comments, handle all direct messages, and keep conversations flowing so followers feel heard and valued. I already have content covered; what I need is the consistent human touch that turns casual visitors into loyal fans.
You’ll be working inside Meta Business Suite, switching between Facebook and the Instagram inbox, so confidence with those tools is essential. Speed matters, but tone and accuracy matter even more. If you’re comfortable replying in Bahasa Indonesia and can keep response times short—even when volumes spike—I’d love to hear from you.
Deliverables I’ll rely on:
• Daily monitoring and response across both platforms
• Clear escalation if anything urgent or sensitive pops up
