I’m looking for someone who lives and breathes Facebook culture to keep my page and groups buzzing with fresh, inspirational images and memes aimed at the 26- to 40-year-old crowd. You’ll take raw text ideas, trending topics, or community suggestions and turn them into scroll-stopping visuals that encourage shares, comments, and saves.
Day-to-day you will:
• Design or source uplifting memes that match our brand voice.
• Schedule posts at peak times with Meta Business Suite (or a tool you prefer).
• Jump into the comments to greet newcomers, answer questions, and nudge conversations forward.
• Spark engagement by launching light challenges or interactive prompts when momentum dips.
• Monitor reactions and insights so we can double-down on what works, tweaking copy or imagery as needed.
• Keep our private Facebook group healthy—approving posts, removing spam, and reminding members of group guidelines.
