Facebook Inbox Moderator Needed
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need someone who can step in and keep our Facebook page conversations flowing smoothly. The content you will be moderating is strictly social media-related, and for now the entire focus is on Facebook alone. Your single, most important duty is responding to every incoming message in a timely, brand-appropriate tone so our followers always feel heard and supported.
Please bring prior experience handling Facebook inboxes—whether that was through Meta Business Suite, Sprout, Hootsuite, or a similar tool—and let me know your typical response time and any strategies you use to keep conversations organized.
Acceptance criteria for this role
• Every legitimate message receives a clear, helpful reply within the timeframe we agree on.
• Anything outside your purview is flagged and forwarded to me with a short note.
• A brief end-of-day log shows the number of threads handled, unresolved questions, and any recurring issues you notice.
