Facebook Engagement and Instagram Stories
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need a proactive social-media partner who can keep my Facebook page buzzing with genuine, two-way conversation while also turning ideas into eye-catching Instagram Stories.
On Facebook your main job is customer interaction: replying to comments and inbox messages, asking follow-up questions when needed, and keeping the tone friendly yet on-brand. I already have a content calendar, so you will be focused on engaging rather than creating long-form posts.
For Instagram, I want short, creative Stories that build on the topics running on Facebook—simple polls, behind-the-scenes clips, quick tips, anything that sparks dialogue. You’ll have access to raw photos and short video snippets; tools such as Canva, CapCut, or the native Story editor are fine as long as the result looks polished and consistent with my colour palette.
Acceptance criteria
• Facebook comments and DMs answered within two business hours
• Minimum five Stories published per week, scheduled in Meta’s Creator Studio
• Weekly report summarising audience sentiment and common questions
If you’re confident handling real-time community management and can storyboard snappy Stories, let me know how you would approach the first week and what metrics you track for success.
