Facebook Engagement Growth Assistant
Budget: $8 – $15 AUD
I’m looking for a reliable virtual assistant who lives and breathes Facebook. Your core focus will be increasing engagement and steadily expanding both my personal page and an associated Group.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Respond to comments and DMs quickly, naturally, and in my brand voice.
• Spark conversations inside the Group, nudging members to post, react, and share.
• Identify and invite genuinely interested people to the Group and page without spam tactics.
• Track growth and engagement through Facebook Insights, sending me a concise weekly recap.

I’m not asking you to build a content calendar or design posts—just handle the human side of the platform so I can stay visible and connected while focusing on other work.
If you have a proven knack for community interaction, understand Facebook’s latest features (Reels, Stories, Live, etc.), and can show results from similar projects, I’d love to hear how you’ll approach the first month.
