Position: Facebook Growth & Content Manager (Independent Freelancer)

Responsibilities
Daily Facebook posting with strong captions, visuals, reels, carousels, polls, stories
Convert our ideas into high-performing Facebook content
Build page followers organically
Create engagement with relevant audiences
Manage comments, inbox basics, page hygiene
Repurpose podcasts, videos, articles into Facebook-friendly formats
Create monthly content calendar
Track performance and improve results weekly
Handle boosts / ads if experienced (optional advantage)
Ideal Candidate
Proven Facebook page growth experience
Strong content sense + design understanding
Can write sharp English / Hinglish captions
Understands Indian audience behaviour
Reliable, proactive, self-driven
Knows Meta Business Suite
