Facebook & IG Comment Manager

I need someone who can jump straight into my Facebook Page and Instagram account and keep every incoming comment answered promptly, accurately, and in the brand’s friendly tone. No content creation is required—your sole focus will be real-time community management.
What the job looks like day-to-day:
• Monitor the feeds and notification panels several times per day (or via Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Hootsuite—whatever you’re comfortable with).
• Craft concise, helpful replies that reflect our established voice; escalate sensitive issues to me only when truly necessary.
• Track common questions or feedback themes so I can see trends in a brief weekly summary.
I will provide:
– Full brand guidelines and a quick FAQ for common queries.
– Admin access to the Facebook and Instagram profiles.
Success is simple: every public comment receives a thoughtful response within 4 business hours, and my end-of-week dashboard shows zero unanswered messages. If you have proven experience managing live conversations on these two platforms, let’s get started.
