Facebook Account recovery

SEO people I hired many years ago used my real name without my knowledge to create a Facebook account long ago. They even created a page linked to my company. I can prove ownership of that business. They are no longer reachable. Need help to appeal to Facebook. I know I can request Facebook to take down unauthorized account and page. But I don’t want to take them down. I want to take over that account.
