Entry-Level Virtual Assistant for Social Media
Budget: $2 – $8 AUD
We are seeking a highly reliable and detail-oriented Entry-Level Virtual Assistant to support our growing travel and lifestyle brand across YouTube and other social media platforms.
Your core responsibility will be to watch and review content across our YouTube channel (main platform) and other social media accounts, including Instagram and Facebook, ensuring each piece meets our quality standards, is error-free, and aligns with brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Watch and review YouTube videos before and after they go live, multiple times.
- Check and give feedback on Instagram Reels, Tiktok videos and Facebook posts
- Focus on editing and flow, subtitles and caption accuracy, and music and formatting
- Flag any issues related to content quality
- Provide clear, time-stamped notes and improvement suggestions to the content team
- Track errors and feedback history in Google Sheets
- Support general admin tasks such as upload tracking, hashtags, and post scheduling
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify content issues
- Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, tiktok and Facebook platforms
- Excellent communication skills for providing clear feedback
- Proficient in using Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
- Ability to work independently and available to work at least 3–4 hours/day in the AEST time zone, including evenings
Has a stable internet connection and a laptop or desktop computer
