**Job Description
We are a growing digital marketing agency looking for a skilled and reliable Social Media Manager to support us in managing multiple client accounts across various industries. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and can balance creativity with strategy.
**What You’ll Be Doing:**
* Manage and execute social media strategies for multiple client accounts
* Create and schedule high-quality content tailored to each client’s brand voice
* Design basic graphics and short-form videos (reels, TikToks, stories)
* Write compelling captions and optimize posts for engagement
* Handle community management (comments, DMs, engagement)
* Track performance and provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations
* Stay on top of trends and adapt strategies accordingly
**What We’re Looking For:**
* Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts (agency experience is a big plus)
* Strong content creation skills (copywriting + visuals)
* Ability to switch between different brand voices and industries
* Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or Meta Business Suite
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines consistently
* Good communication and responsiveness
**Bonus Skills:**
* Paid ads experience (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok Ads)
* Basic branding or marketing strategy knowledge
* Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools
**Project Details:**
