7-Eleven Social Content Strategy
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m mapping out a fresh, cohesive content strategy for all 7-Eleven Stores across the United States and need someone who can own the creative planning and execution. The core of the project is to keep our customers informed, engaged and coming back, while carefully protecting the brand from any legal or reputational missteps.
Scope and focus
• Platforms: We will concentrate on Facebook and Instagram first, making sure every idea can later be adapted for other channels if needed.
• Four content pillars: customer safety alerts, customer reviews with positive experiences, great in-store or app offers, and friendly reminders (think loyalty points, new coffee flavors, etc.).
• Safety alerts: must be delivered as clean, on-brand image posts that simply remind shoppers to stay vigilant—never implying that theft is occurring in our stores.
• Reviews & experience posts: copy should read professional and informative, matching the tone of our corporate voice while still feeling welcoming.
What I’m looking for from you
1. A 30-day content calendar outlining post dates, captions, and visual concepts for each pillar.
2. Design-ready mock-ups or style frames for the safety alert images so my in-house team can roll them out quickly.
3. Caption templates for offers and reminders that include space for store-specific details.
4. A short playbook (PDF or Google Doc) with brand-safe do’s and don’ts, especially around wording that could imply theft.
Acceptance criteria
• All safety alerts are image-based, use approved brand colors, and avoid any language stronger than “stay alert” or “keep an eye on your belongings.”
• Posts align with Facebook and Instagram best practices and meet current sizing guidelines.
• Tone is consistently professional and informative in every review or testimonial post.
• Content calendar is delivered in an editable format (Excel, Sheets, or Notion).
If you have experience crafting social media strategies for nationwide retail chains and can keep messaging legally sound while still engaging, I’d love to review your approach and previous work.
