Education Brand Needs Social Media & Video Expert

We are looking for a Chandigarh-based freelancer for an education and career-focused brand.

This is a monthly project with both podcast production and social media content editing.

## Main Work

### 1. Podcast Production

* Record 2 podcasts per month in Chandigarh
* Each podcast will be 60–120 minutes
* Handle camera setup, audio setup, lighting setup and framing
* Multi-angle recording preferred
* Must ensure clean audio and stable video

### 2. Podcast Editing

* Edit full podcast episodes
* Remove pauses, mistakes and dead air
* Add basic intro/outro, branding and timestamps
* Prepare the final video for YouTube upload

### 3. Reels / Shorts Editing

* Create 12–20 Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts per month
* Repurpose podcast and educational content into short clips
* Add captions, hooks, zooms, transitions, B-roll and engagement elements
* Focus on retention-based editing

### 4. Social Media Support

* Create basic carousel posts and graphics
* Write captions and post copy
* Schedule/publish content on Instagram and YouTube
* Maintain a basic content calendar
