EarnLeague Social Media Manager
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I run earnleague.com and want to make the brand impossible to miss on Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. The priority is clear: boost overall brand awareness. I need someone who can take full ownership of those three channels—planning, creating, scheduling, and optimising every post so our tone stays consistent and our reach keeps expanding.
Your day-to-day work will involve researching trending topics in the creator-economy/side-hustle space, turning that insight into eye-catching creatives, writing concise copy, and engaging with comments and DMs in a timely, authentic voice. You’ll also track performance with native analytics or a tool you’re comfortable with, then translate the data into actions we can use to refine future content.
Deliverables
• A rolling 30-day content calendar (post copy, suggested visuals, hashtags)
• At least three platform-native posts per week on each channel
• Community management: responses within 24 hours to all comments and inbox queries
• End-of-month report summarising growth metrics, top-performing content, and next-month recommendations
If you’re confident you can grow a newer brand from “interesting” to “inescapable,” let’s talk.
