We are launching a fast-growing digital sales project and are looking to build a small, efficient team focused on execution and results.
Position 1: Community Manager
### Responsibilities:
* Manage and publish content on Facebook and Instagram
* Post products daily (provided by us)
* Respond to basic customer inquiries
* Redirect all interested leads to WhatsApp Business
* Keep social media pages active, clean, and organized
### Requirements:
* Good communication skills
* Responsive and reliable
* Basic experience with social media management
### Compensation:
* Fixed monthly payment
* Long-term opportunity based on performance
Position 2: Sales Agents (Commission-Based)**
Responsibilities:
* Actively post products on social platforms (Facebook groups, Marketplace, etc.)
* Find and engage potential customers
* Redirect all leads to WhatsApp Business
### Compensation:
5 / 10% depending on product commission per confirmed sale**
* Each agent will receive a unique referral code
* Commission is tracked and paid based on confirmed deals
Unlimited earning potential based on performance
Workflow:
* We handle all sales closing via WhatsApp
* Your role is to generate traffic and leads
* Simple and efficient system focused on conversions
