We are GL Jadiya Jewellers, Jodhpur, looking for a talented and reliable professional who can handle both digital management and operational tasks for our jewellery business.

Key Responsibilities:

Website (WordPress):

Manage and update our WordPress website

Ensure smooth performance, security, SEO, and new product uploads

Social Media Management:

Regularly update and grow our brand presence on Facebook, Instagram, etc.

Create engaging content and interact with customers

WhatsApp Business API:

Set up and manage WhatsApp API for customer communication

Automate and streamline chat workflows

CRM Software:

Manage customer data, leads, and communication via CRM

Shop Accounts & Operations:

Handle daily accounts and assist with business operations

Ideal Candidate Skills:

Strong experience with WordPress

Proficiency in social media management

Familiar with WhatsApp API integration

Experience with CRM tools

Strong organizational & multitasking abilities

Accounting knowledge is a plus

Must be available ASAP
