Dental Practice Social Media Management (approximately 6 Month project)

I need someone who can slip seamlessly into our marketing routine while i am on on parental leave for about six months (and possibly longer). I am a company who works for dental offices and make their marketing.
The project is Abort a large, modern dental practice and the brand voice is premium friendly, competent, and modern. It is very important to know dental branche otherwise it is not possible to fullfill the required knowledge about texting, wording, fokus topics etc
Your core mission is to keep the Instagram and Facebook feeds vibrant, while also giving fresh momentum to YouTube. I want a healthy mix of image posts, reels, and text updates, all written in German and tailored to people who might be anxious about dentistry or curious about aesthetic treatments, and specific implant treat. We have a videographer in the team who makes content. You need to support him wirh ideas and make organisational project manageent of at least one shooting day. We also have a social ads Person who takes care of all social ads and analytics. You need to support him with what is importamt to boosr and what goals there are.
You’ll prepare the captions, hashtags, and posting schedule, then hit publish at the right times.
Also some community management is required.
Collaboration matters:
• Work hand-in-hand with our performance-ads agency to be sure paid and organic content feel like one strategy.
• Coordinate ideas and shot lists with our videographer so filming days run smoothly.
• Suggest monthly topic clusters, so we always know what we are talking about before the cameras roll.
• Keep an eye on comments and DMs, answering quickly or flagging questions for our team.
Once a month I’d like a concise report— link clicks. reach, top-performing posts, and two or three clear recommendations for the next cycle. No heavy PowerPoints needed; a tidy screenshot or conclusion is fine. Normally the social ads Team Supports here wirh dashboard exports and best cases.
I have briefed my AI carefully and give promts especially for this dental office so Working with chat gpt and perplexity will be no problem.
