My customers rely on WhatsApp for updates, so each day a clear, timely notification has to reach them without fail. I’ll supply the message text (or key points) in advance; your job is to review for basic clarity, broadcast it through WhatsApp Business to the correct list or group at the scheduled time, then confirm the send.
No live chat, email, or social media work is involved—this role is strictly outbound WhatsApp support focused on sending daily notifications and updates.
Deliverables
• One outbound WhatsApp notification every day, sent on schedule
• Immediate confirmation after each send (screenshot or delivery report)
• Simple weekly log summarising date, time, audience size, and any delivery issues
Consistency and attention to detail are essential. Familiarity with WhatsApp Business broadcast lists and basic analytics will make the process smoother, but the single most important requirement is that every update lands in customer inboxes exactly when promised.
