I’m looking for someone who can own the entire Instagram presence for my startups and keep it active seven days a week. That means planning, designing, and publishing a consistent mix of images, short-form videos, and stories every single day.
You’ll develop a rolling content calendar, prepare each post in advance, write on-brand captions with smart hashtag choices, and schedule everything so the feed never goes quiet. Alongside posting, you’ll watch comments and DMs, jump in when engagement opportunities arise, and track performance through Instagram Insights (or tools like Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite) to show steady growth.
Deliverables and success markers:
• A weekly content calendar delivered every Friday for the following week
• Daily publication of at least one feed post (image or video) plus complementary stories
• Consistent brand look and tone across all creatives
• Monthly analytics report highlighting reach, engagement, follower growth, and recommended tweaks
