I need a social media specialist who can keep my Instagram and Facebook feeds active every single day. The plan is simple but demanding: seven posts a week, split between engaging static images and swipe-worthy carousels, plus short-form reels that feel native to each platform.
Each month you’ll present a content calendar that outlines the creative angle for every post, complete with professionally worded captions and well-researched hashtags chosen to maximise reach and engagement. Once approved, you’ll handle scheduling so the content publishes automatically and consistently.
To stay on brand, captions must read professional—think expert yet approachable rather than overly casual or humorous. Design can be done in Canva or Photoshop; reels can be cut in CapCut, Premiere Pro or whichever editor you prefer, as long as the final videos look sharp, follow current IG/Facebook trends and meet the recommended specs.
At month-end I expect a concise performance report highlighting reach, engagement and follower growth so we can iterate on what’s working. If you’ve managed brand pages before, please include a portfolio or sample links; seeing past results will help me gauge fit.
