Crypto X & Telegram Growth

I run a rapidly-growing crypto token project and I’m looking for a hands-on community specialist who can take full ownership of both our X (formerly Twitter) feed and our Telegram channel. Your day-to-day focus will be twofold: keep the conversation flowing with timely, accurate news about the token and shine a spotlight on our community’s best user-generated content. Genuine, organic growth is the objective; vanity numbers are not.
Here’s what success looks like for me: you draft and schedule consistent posts on X, jump into replies and DMs to keep the vibe positive, and do the same inside Telegram—answering questions, quelling FUD, and highlighting standout community contributions. I want the channels to feel alive, responsive and always on brand, ultimately boosting overall awareness of who we are and what problem our token solves.
To make that happen you’ll likely lean on tools such as TweetDeck or similar schedulers, basic image or meme creators, and any Telegram moderation bots you prefer. Weekly analytics reports (follower growth, reach, engagement rate) will help us track progress and adjust tone or timing as needed.
Deliverables I’d like to see each week:
• A concise content calendar covering news drops, community spotlights, and reactive posts
• Daily X posts, plus real-time engagement during key announcements
• Active Telegram moderation with prompt, friendly replies and pinned updates
• A short performance recap with insights for the following week
