Creator Scout / Outreach Assistant (Remote)
We are looking for motivated remote Creator Scouts to help grow a new U.S.-focused podcast and creator platform currently in its early growth stage.
This role focuses on finding and connecting with creators, podcasters, influencers, streamers, UGC creators, and content creators across social media platforms.
You will help identify potential creators who may be a good fit for our platform and assist with early outreach, conversations, and onboarding interest.
This is NOT a spam or bot-style role. We are looking for people who understand social media culture and can communicate naturally online.
Responsibilities
* Find creators, podcasters, streamers, and UGC creators on social media
* Engage naturally with creators through comments, replies, and direct messages
* Introduce creators to our platform in a conversational and professional way
* Help encourage creators to apply for early access/founding creator opportunities
* Track creator leads and responses in spreadsheets or CRM systems
* Follow basic outreach scripts while still sounding human and authentic
* Report outreach activity and creator interest daily

Requirements
* Strong written English
* Comfortable communicating with U.S.-based creators
* Must understand social media culture and creator/influencer spaces
* Must have your own active social media accounts that look real and established
* No fake, blank, spammy, or newly created accounts
* Must know how to communicate casually and naturally online
* Organized and reliable
* Able to work independently
