Creator Platform Scheduling VA
Budget: $8 – $15 AUD
* I need a detail-focused virtual assistant to schedule prepared social media and subscription-platform content from CSV/Excel files.
* Tasks include copying captions, dates, times, prices, platform details, and post types into scheduling tools and creator platforms.
* Platforms/tools may include Publer, Instagram, X/Twitter, Telegram, OnlyFans, Fansly, SuperCreator, Canva, Google Sheets, and Excel.
* Most strategy and copy is already prepared; this is mainly scheduling, admin, checking, and quality control.
* VA will add images where they are clearly matched, and keep a tracker of missing images, unclear content, broken links, or posts needing review.
* VA may need to create simple Canva text images or overlays using provided templates.
* Must be comfortable working around mature/adult creator platforms in a professional admin context.
* No customer chatting, no explicit content creation, and no appearing on camera required.
* Must be accurate, discreet, organised, and able to flag unclear items instead of guessing.
* Looking for a paid trial first, then ongoing monthly scheduling work if successful.
