Here’s what I need from you:
• A clear 90-day growth roadmap that covers content cadence, keyword and hashtag strategy, Shorts/Reels optimisation, and community engagement tactics.
• Weekly channel management—scheduling posts, writing engaging captions, responding to comments, and fine-tuning thumbnails, titles, and descriptions for SEO.
• Ongoing analytics reports that track the KPIs we agree on and translate the numbers into next-step actions.
• Outreach to brands, agencies, and podcast-friendly sponsors, including crafting media kits and pitch emails that reflect my voice.
• Management of incoming collaboration requests so every opportunity is vetted, negotiated, and closed efficiently.
Success will be measured by steady follower growth, improved watch time, and at least two quality paid collaborations secured within the first three months.
