Virtual Assistant – Creative Agency & Entertainment Brand (Remote)
Join a fast-growing creative agency + entertainment brand at the intersection of modeling, DJing, and media production. We’re looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant who wants to be part of a brand that’s scaling fast in both Los Angeles and Las Vegas.
Your Role
You’ll work directly with the founder to keep operations running smoothly and content flowing:
• Instagram outreach & follow-ups with models, clients, and brands.
• Coordinating shoots (schedules, contracts, reminders).
• Social media support (posting, captions, engagement).
• Tracking invoices, payments, and W9s in Google Sheets.
• Video editing for event recaps & call-to-room promos
What We’re Looking For
• Strong English communication & organization skills.
• Experience with Instagram + Google Drive.
• Bonus: Canva/CapCut, entertainment or influencer industry background.
• Must overlap 2–3 hours PST daily for check-ins.
Offer
• Starting at $600/month (~30 hrs/week).
• Growth to $1,000/month+ after 90 days based on performance.
• Remote | Flexible hours | Direct access to founder/CEO.
