I’m looking for a creative, fashion-minded Social Media Manager to join my team part-time. This is a remote role, ideal for someone based in the former Soviet Union region (Eastern Europe, Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Baltic countries, etc.) who understands both style and storytelling.
This isn’t just about scheduling posts — it’s about curating a digital world where fashion, lifestyle, and inspiration come together. If you have a sharp eye for trends, love experimenting with visuals, and know how to turn a simple post into an engaging story, I’d love to work with you.
What You’ll Do:
• Create and schedule engaging content (Instagram, Threads, Substack, etc.)
• Help design carousels, reels, and moodboard-style posts
• Write short, witty, and stylish captions that match the brand voice
• Track engagement and bring fresh ideas to grow the community
• Research fashion, luxury, and lifestyle trends for inspiration
• Collaborate on new creative projects and seasonal campaigns
What I’m Looking For:
• Based in a former Soviet Union country
• Fluent in Russian and English (Ukrainian is a plus)
• Previous experience with fashion, lifestyle, or creative social media accounts
• Strong visual sense and love for aesthetics (Canva/Photoshop/CapCut skills are a big bonus)
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Passion for fashion, luxury, and cultural storytelling
Hours & Compensation:
• Part-time: ~10–15 hours per week
• Flexible schedule, with some overlap with US hours
• Competitive hourly rate based on experience
• Long-term collaboration potential for the right candidate
