Kia Homes is looking for a creative, tech-savvy marketer to grow our brand, boost online presence, and support our real estate team’s digital efforts.
What You’ll Do:
* Create & post social media content (videos, reels, graphics) 3x/week
* Manage all social platforms & maintain brand consistency
* Write blogs & assist with website updates
* Build email & SMS campaigns using Lofty & Canva
* Support marketing for listings, open houses, & agent promotions
* Work with Canva Pro, Google Suite, Slack, BrightMLS, Lofty CRM, Skyslope
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in social media, digital marketing, & SEO
* Strong video editing & graphic design skills
* Excellent communication & time management
* Familiarity with real estate marketing is a plus
* Able to work independently, meet deadlines, & flexible for overtime/weekends

* Mac: MacBook Pro 16” (M2 Pro/Max), 16GB+ RAM, 512GB+ SSD
* Windows: Dell XPS 15/17, Surface Laptop Studio, HP Spectre x360, i7/i9 or Ryzen 7/9, 16GB+ RAM, dedicated GPU, 512GB+ SSD
* Dual monitors, high-speed internet (50+ Mbps), cloud & local backups
* Webcam, microphone, headset, and updated software for editing & productivity
