SM Content Manger
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
Position: Social Media Content Manager
(Federal Retirement Advisory Brand)
I’m looking for a Social Media Content Manager to help execute and manage content for a growing financial advisory brand focused on Federal Employees and Retirement Planning.
This is not a strategy-only role. I need someone who can take content and get it published consistently, accurately, and on schedule.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Scheduling and publishing content across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube Shorts)
Formatting content for each platform (long-form, short-form, captions, hooks)
Managing a content calendar and ensuring daily/weekly consistency
Repurposing content into multiple formats (posts, clips, threads)
Uploading videos, adding captions, titles, and descriptions
Monitoring basic engagement and flagging high-performing content
What I’ll Provide:
The core content (videos, written posts, messaging direction)
Clear positioning and target audience
(Federal Employees, pre-retirees)
Content frameworks and structure
What I Need From You:
Strong attention to detail
(this is critical in financial content)
Experience scheduling content using tools
Ability to move fast and stay organized
Clear communication and reliability
Understanding of professional/educational content (not influencer-style fluff)
Bonus If You:
Have experience with financial, retirement, or educational brands
Can suggest minor improvements to formatting and delivery
Understand LinkedIn and X growth mechanics
Hours & Structure:
Part-time to start (with potential to grow)
Ongoing weekly work
How to Apply Send:
1. Examples of accounts you’ve managed
2. Tools you’ve used
3. A short note on how you stay consistent
This role is execution-focused. If you’re organized, consistent, and know how to keep content moving daily, you’ll do well here.
