STEP 1 — Download 20 Videos From Main Instagram (Oldest First)

This is the MOST important rule:

Start from the OLDEST videos first — not the newest.

Daily workflow:

Scroll ALL the way down your main Instagram page.

Find the last video you posted yesterday.

Start from the next oldest video that has NOT been used yet.

Download 20 videos in a row — in chronological order.

Tomorrow: continue exactly where you stopped today.

No duplicates
No missed videos
No randomness
Full coverage of your entire content library

STEP 2 — Upload All 20 Videos to ALL Platforms

Upload the exact same 20 videos to:

Instagram Page #1
Instagram Page #2
Facebook Page
YouTube Shorts Channel

All 20 uploaded TODAY.
No scheduling. No delays. No excuses.

STEP 3 — Add Captions

For each video:

Copy/paste the master caption
OR
Use ChatGPT to remix the caption (short, clean, high engagement)

Hashtags stay consistent unless told otherwise.

STEP 4 — Track Progress

Every day in the tracking sheet:

Record today’s date
Mark “Video # Start” and “Video # End”
Confirm all 20 videos were uploaded on:

IG2

Facebook

YouTube Shorts
Add any notes if needed

This ensures tomorrow you start at the correct spot.
