Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Transform provided photos/videos into engaging Instagram Reels, posts, and Stories
- Strategy & Planning: Develop monthly content calendars aligned with treatment promotions and seasonal campaigns
- Daily Engagement: Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with followers/local businesses (2-3 hours daily)
- Hashtag Research: Optimise reach with relevant, compliant hashtags for medical aesthetics
- Analytics & Reporting: Weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Compliance: Ensure all content meets UK medical advertising standards
Content Focus Areas:
- Educational content (skincare tips, treatment explanations)
- Client testimonials and before/after transformations
- Behind-the-scenes clinic content
- Treatment package promotions
- Seasonal campaigns and special offers
Requirements:
- 2+ years social media management experience
- Portfolio showcasing Reels/video content creation
- Understanding of medical/beauty industry regulations
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience with Instagram/Facebook business tools
