The Role
I’m a relationship coach and content creator sharing transformational work across TikTok, a growing newsletter, and a blog. I'm building out a deeper content ecosystem, community offers, and group coaching experiences—and I’m ready for support.
I’m looking for a smart, grounded, and self-directed Virtual Assistant to help execute recurring systems, repurpose content, and keep backend operations flowing smoothly. You don’t need to be an expert in everything—but you do need to be resourceful, organized, and willing to figure things out. I’ll provide guidance and vision; you help bring it to life.
This role will start with a small paid trial project to ensure the fit is right for both of us.

Responsibilities
This is a mixed role across content, admin, and systems. Tasks may include:
Content + Social
* Reply to basic TikTok comments; flag important ones for me to respond to
* Repurpose TikTok videos into YouTube Shorts, Pinterest Pins, or Instagram Reels
* Create simple, branded thumbnails for YouTube Shorts using Canva or Figma
* Upload and schedule posts using scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, or native)
* Maintain a content calendar and support cross-platform consistency
Email + Funnels
* Format my newsletter drafts into email-ready versions (ConvertKit)
* Test ConvertKit automations, forms, and tags
* Flag any issues with email delivery, links, or list segments
Community + Courses (especially for future group offerings)
* Help onboard new group members (WhatsApp, email, etc.)
* Manage simple communications like sending reminders or resources
* Keep WhatsApp threads organized and timely
Analytics + Reporting
* Track and report basic metrics (TikTok views, email open rates, click-through rates, Pinterest engagement, etc.)
* Summarize weekly/monthly performance with light insight (what’s landing, what’s not)
Admin + Systems
* Light scheduling or calendar coordination
* Support with special projects (e.g., turning my ideas into a quiz or workbook)
* Write and maintain SOPs for repeatable tasks (I'll help set the first few up)

You’re a Great Fit If:
* You’ve worked with content creators, coaches, or online businesses before
* You know your way around ConvertKit, Canva/Figma, Google Drive, and social scheduling tools—or can learn quickly
* You’re reliable, communicative, and comfortable working independently
* You’re energized by systems, workflows, and bringing structure to creative people
* You have a solid internet connection and your own computer

Details & Logistics
* Starting at 5–10 hours/week, with potential to grow over time
* Paid trial project to begin
* Hourly or monthly retainer depending on fit
* Fully remote, flexible schedule (some availability in U.S. time zones is helpful but not required)
* I’ll provide Loom videos, sample workflows, and direct access to ChatGPT to help you learn and execute tasks easily
* Ideally looking for someone who wants to stay long enough to build real rhythm and ownership
