Community Manager & Content Editor Wanted
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I’m looking for a Community Manager & Content Editor to help run my educational social media brand focused on high school entrance exams. Your role will be to edit, schedule, and post content while managing audience engagement.
? What You’ll Be Doing:
Editing short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) in a way that fits my brand style.
Writing captions that resonate with a teenage audience.
Scheduling and posting content on Instagram & TikTok.
Engaging with the audience by responding to comments and messages.
Tracking content performance and suggesting improvements.
Assisting with the development of an online course in summer 2025.¨
? Who I’m Looking For:
✅ Experience in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
✅ Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
✅ Ability to write engaging captions that fit my brand’s tone.
✅ Self-motivated and able to work independently.
✅ Interest in the education niche is a plus.

? Compensation:
This is a performance-based role. Your pay will be based on a percentage of the project’s revenue and bonuses for content growth (e.g., engagement milestones, follower growth, viral content bonuses).
? Duration: Long-term collaboration (minimum half of an year)
