Community Manager in Buenos Aires

Hi all,
I'm looking for a Community Manager to provide support and be the POC for a closed group of freelancers
- about 300 to start with and a target member count of +1000 - that work on our platform.
No efforts to increase the members list will be required. The aim of this role is to keep the freelancers engaged, active and supported on all their needs.
Responsibilities
- Be the Point of Contact for the Pools for escalations and general support required for the engagement.
- Send messages to the Pools in the Groups about updates to the engagement, general platform tips and information, and potential job opportunities.
- Monitor, track and report on feedback from the Pools.
- Create measurable community building, outreach strategies, and nurturing campaigns across the entire Pools.
- Escalate poor behavior, concerns, risks, illegal activity, fraud, etc
Requirements:
- Relevant closed communities Management experience
- Bilingual level of English (both written and verbal) - NON NEGOTIABLE
